WrapGTO ("we", "us") is a poker study tool: a web application where you practice against, and review your play with, a neural network trained through self-play. By creating an account or using wrapgto.com you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use WrapGTO.
The model's recommendations are approximations of strong play, not a computed game-theory-optimal solution and not advice. We make no promise that following them will make you money at poker — or anywhere else.
WrapGTO is built for study away from the table. You agree not to use it, or anything derived from it, while playing real-money games, as real-time assistance of any kind, or in any way that breaks the rules of a poker platform you play on. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of any site or venue where you play. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being used this way.
Sign-in is via Google only; we never see or store a password. You're responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal: don't share, sell, or transfer access. We may revoke complimentary (free-of-charge) access at any time.
The free tier includes a limited number of trainer hands per day. Paid subscriptions ($10/month for early users) unlock unlimited trainer hands and Study mode, billed monthly in advance through Stripe — we never see your card details.
Early-user price lock: the monthly rate in effect when you first subscribe stays your rate for as long as your subscription remains continuously active, even if the standard price rises. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current rate applies.
Cancel anytime from the billing portal; your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise — but if something genuinely went wrong, email us; we're reasonable people.
Don't scrape, bulk-query, or programmatically harvest the model's outputs; don't probe, copy, extract, or attempt to reconstruct the model or its weights; don't resell or proxy access; don't interfere with the service or other users. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that do.
The site, the trained models, and all content we provide are ours. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own study. Hands you play in the trainer and spots you construct in Study mode are yours to discuss and share as you like.
WrapGTO is a small, largely one-person project. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free recommendations, or that any feature will exist forever. We may change, add, or retire features (and models) as the project evolves.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including poker losses.
You can stop using WrapGTO and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we terminate a paid account without such cause, we'll refund the unused portion of the current billing period.
We may update these terms as the service grows; the current version always lives at wrapgto.com/terms, and continued use after changes means you accept them. For material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g. by email). These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where WrapGTO's operator resides; if any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
